How and what kind of information to collect by CA support utility (ACSupport.exe)?

Resolution

You need to run the following:

 ..\AccessControl\bin\ACSupport.exe 

Here the result:

 

It will collect general information and will compress the documentation to one packed file if "Compress all info to one packed file" is checked.

It will create 2 files, ACSupport Log File and ACSupport.zip.

Please note the above "Following action will shut down the Access Control".
If Access Control were running prior to the collection, Access Control will automatically be restarted after the utility completes.
