CAnet: Error 64 when deploying OS Image. The specified network name is no longer available.

Issue/Introduction

For no apparent reason, deploying an OSImage from a particular boot server fails with 

CAnet: Error 64 
The specified network name is no longer available. 
Warning DSM agent package is not availabe on \Servername\sxpsetup-11 
Error: OS image share \\Servername\imagename-11\is not available. 
Press any key to continue 
Error: can't use the OSIM boot parameter in c:\canpc.dat. 
c:\> 

This was working fine and nothing has been changed in OSIM.

Cause

• The server is controlled by a Network Access Control NAC Server. 
• The configuration for this server has been changed in the NAC and the shares were blocked

Resolution

• Unblock the shares in the NAC
