Why does CA Librarian CCF allow the same member to be logged out when the ALLOWMULT option is set to NO?

Librarian V4.4

Resolution

If ALLOWMULT is set NO then only one member can be logged out at a time, however if there is an EMERID defined in the CA Librarian CCF System Profile Table, the userids defined as an EMERID is allowed to do multiple logouts.

This enables emergency changes to members that are already logged out.
