Error 'Module not found' is displayed when 'Option 7: Maintain Products' is selected from the INSTALL REXX Exec program.

Issue/Introduction

Error 'Module not found' may occur from the INSTALL REXX Installation program when 'Option 7: Maintain Products' is selected. The message is displayed in the top right corner of the panel.

Environment

Release: All supported releases of SOLVE and Netmaster products

Cause

The INSTALL REXX installation program checks the RXGIMAPI Load Module from the Linklist. If this is not found, then the error is reported.

Resolution

The Load Module is provided in the 'hlq.NMC2.CC2DLINK' Load Library and is used to interrogate the CSI to determine if any maintenance has been added for MODS/PANELS/OSCNTL. It will enable option '7.V' to update the MODSDIS, PANLDIS, OSCNTL and NETINFO files with installed maintenance.

Ensure that this library is included in the LINKLST and APF authorized.
