Issue/Introduction

Error  ESP125E LOGIC ERROR, BAD PARAMETERS PASSED TO xxxx SUBSYSTEM during manual simulation.

This occurred after an upgrade, or after applying PTFs.

Resolution

If no IPL is done after an ESP upgrade, or after PTFs are applied, the ESP subsystem(s) needs to be started with PARM=RELOAD.
