Jobtrac  Auto-Sched feature gets message 'TRAC049I - jobname(JOBnnnnn) HELD FOR CA-JOBTRAC AUTO-SCHD P
$HASP106 JOB DELETED BY JES2 OR CANCELLED BY OPERATOR BEFORE EXECUTION

Resolution

The TRAC049I message is an information message that lets you know that the auto-sched job is being put on hold. If there is a problem an additional HASP message will be displayed indicating that there was a problem.

Message '$HASP106 JOB DELETED BY JES2 OR CANCELLED BY OPERATOR BEFORE EXECUTION' indicates that the Jobtrac user exit UM00001 was not installed and it will need to be installed in order for  Jobtrac to issue the Jes command to release the job. This user exit must be installed every time an upgrade has been done to Jes.
