Spectrum Installation fails after about 30% finished

Issue/Introduction

Spectrum Installation fails after about 30 % finished and the SRMDb-results.log lists following error (although there is no data to migrate):

SRMDb ran with failures

and the import_remote_reporting_data.results lists this error:

Delete files from $SPECROOT\Install-Tools\SRM\ and rerun the installation.
