While trying to export a contract, receive error "An Internal error has Occurred".
After reviewing the details of the error, the web server reports failure to access impex files.

On the BSI Web server, locate the two (2) files listed below.
C:\Program Files\Oblicore\Setup\config_init.bat
C:\Program Files\Oblicore\Setup\config_init.ini
After verifying the config_init.ini looks correct, run the config_init.bat file to update the BSI database
