Content launch for assets sends to wrong URL

Issue/Introduction

When running a report for assets (Current Assets:All) and select a device, the web address will launch an incorrect URL for HTTPS.

www.myoneclickserver.com:4443/spectrum/..

 

 

 

Environment

Spectrum 10.2 or 10.3 with JasperReports 6.3.0

Resolution

On the Oneclick Server go to  One click Administration -> Report Manager -> Preferences. You will have to update the  "Oneclick Server" parameter so that the prefix for the URL is "https" and not "http".  Select update preferences.
