Issue/Introduction

Some Attributes are rounded by the system, which should not.

If you see attributes properties and regional configuration in the OS shows that should not be rounded.

Environment

All CA PPM Versions

Cause

Regional configuration was not made in CA PPM

Resolution

Check regional configuration in PPM for APP. 

Go to The CSA > Properties > Application 

Add the following JVM parameters to the App JVM settings 

-Duser.country=US -Duser.language=en 

Restart app services 

 

If that fails do the same for BG services. 

 

Check regional configuration in PPM for BG. 

Go to The CSA > Properties > Background 

Add the following JVM parameters to the BG JVM settings 

-Duser.country=US -Duser.language=en 

Restart BG services
