Issue/Introduction

A WTOEXIT that references fields in the CSA is abending with a S0C4 or not behaving as expected.

Environment

Release: All supported releases.

Cause

There are some messages related to XTIOT processing that are issued by IDMS at startup, before the CSA is loaded, and therefore R10 has not been loaded with the address at that time.

Resolution

The WTOEXIT must first test that the CSA address has been loaded by testing R10 for a non-zero value.
