CADRAS abends with an A03 abend with CA Dispatch

Cause

Any time DRAS is stopped and thinks there is still a user connection to the Dispatch task, it throws the SA03 abend. The cause is a communication still active between DRAS and Dispatch on separate ASIDs that stops DRAS from coming down cleanly.

Resolution

Any time DRAS is stopped, CA Dispatch must be stopped at the same time to avoid this abends.
