XCODE Field Shows NOTCAT Condition, Though No IEF298I Messages in Report

Issue/Introduction

It is possible to have the CA View Sysout Selection List XCODE field be populated with NOTCAT, though there are no IEF298I messages in the corresponding report.

Resolution

The IGD17101I message is what generated the NOTCAT condition, for lack of any IEF287I messages. 

To not have the IGD17101I message be flagged as an exception condition, the following entry can be placed in a SARSTC //SARXCTAB exception condition table:
