When processing SOLVE:Operations r11.9 PTFs: Should PTFs belonging to FMID CC2D71D always be received and applied as well?

Issue/Introduction

Receiving Solve:Operations Automation for z/OS (SOPMVS) 11.9 available maintenance.  SMP/E job gets an RC=4 because of:

GIM24801W    NO SYSMODS SATISFIED THE OPERANDS SPECIFIED ON THE RECEIVE COMMAND 

All the PTFs that cannot be received have the following:

FMID (CC2D71D)

Environment

OS:  z/OS.

Cause

FMID CC2D71D is used only for SOLVE:Operations r11.9 DBCS (double-byte character set)--Japanese version of the product.

Resolution

If not running a DBCS system, these FMID CC2D71D PTFs should not be applied.
