Issue/Introduction

Receiving Solve:Operation Automation for z/OS (SOPMVS) 11.9 available maintenance. SMP/E job gets an RC=4 because of:
GIM24801W    NO SYSMODS SATISFIED THE OPERANDS SPECIFIED ON THE RECEIVE COMMAND.   

All the PTFs that cannot be received have the following:
FMID (CC2D71D)

Environment

Release: 11.9
Component: SOPMVS

Cause

FMID CC2D71D is used only for SOLVE:Operations r11.9 DBCS (double-byte character set)--Japanese version of the product.

Resolution

If not running a DBCS system, these FMID CC2D71D PTFs should not be applied.
