Issue/Introduction

Below is the error screenshot while opening a listen port on the gateway:

All supported versions of the API Gateway

Cause

This happens as you have not enabled any 'features' for the port, for example 'Published Service Message Input'.

Resolution

You need to specify a feature that will be used for this port and then you will be able to save the new listen port definition.
