Issue/Introduction

When integrating ServiceNow with Spectrum, we get an error : Please check the configuration for ServiceNow (ServiceNow), while providing the service desk server name.

Cause

Providing the host name of the ServiceNow server name is not a valid option. 

Resolution

You will need to provide the complete Servicenow server name's URL as shown in the below screenshot.
