Issue/Introduction

The Primary Archive Manager in a fault tolerant environment is up and running, but no events are seen in OneClick.

When Primary Archive Manager is stopped, the events are seen in OneClick from precedence 20.

Debug enabled in Archive Manager does not show any errors.

MySQL is up and running and no errors in mysql log.

Mapupdate -view shows Primary and Secondary Archive Manager available.

Mysqlcheck and Myisamchk does not show any database corruption or problems.

Cause

This problem is extremely rare but appears to have started after a scheduled, weekly, post_olb_script had run.

The root cause of the problem was due to the Location Service and not the Archive Manager.

Resolution

Start the Primary Archive Manager, and then kill the LocServer process,  and ensure that processd restarts the process.  Afterwards observe that events are properly being seen in OneClick under precedence 10.
