Why is the task start or finish date read-only?

Issue/Introduction

The task start date becomes read-only when actuals have been posted against the task.

The task finish date is governed by the ETC on the task. When ETC becomes 0, task is considered as complete and therefore the finish date becomes read-only

Resolution

Add ETC on an assignment and Save.

After an assignment has ETC, the Start/Finish dates will be editable.
