When upgrading to Xtraction 2016.2, running the UpgradeToV2016.2.exe program results in an error:
An error occurred: There is no row at position 0.

This error means that Xtraction is not able to locate a matching Administrator user for what was provided.
Try using the Xtraction administrator account's full name.
For example, if your Xtraction administrator user full name is "John Doe", try using the full name instead of a typical username like "jdoe".
This should allow the Xtraction upgrade to proceed successfully.
