While running the Test Data Manager installation wizard, it is trying to install Java as a prerequisite. However, the installation does not finish and I receive the following error message: JAVA INSTALL DID NOT COMPLETE - Error Code : 1603. I already have a Java version installed. I am installing Java to the default location on the C drive.
This error means that the installation of the new Java version did not complete. The root cause of the error is still under investigation by Java. You can read more about the issue here: https://java.com/en/download/help/error_1603.xml
System Administrator access is required for the TDM installation. If you do not have this access, it may be the cause of this error message.
