eHealth and Ecometer Web page not loading

Issue/Introduction

nhHttpd start just show Ok and no error at Httpd.log file

But at Catalina.out

[Thread-17] ERROR com.concord.servletApp.web.common.LicenseConfig - License configuration failed to load
java.sql.SQLException: Failed to get a database connection. SQL exception: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

 

 

Environment

Any eHealth VersionOS: Linux

Cause

Native apache gets enabled, and the eHealth apache does not

Resolution

yum remove httpd

Finally

nhHttpd start

Now will show the Httpd and Tomcat Web Services message that is OK and Running
