CABI 6.3 Jasper installation hangs at 13%

Issue/Introduction

While installing CABI 6.3 JasperServer Reports the installation stays/hangs at around 13% and never moves forward.

Resolution

CA Support has seen this issue happen on a Virtual Machine that only has 2 vCPU cores.

Adding more cores to the host resolved the install hanging issue.
