Resolution

• The percentiles virtual benchmark is calculated from all 13,000 teams using Rally.
• Rally Insights uses a Bayesian classifier to identify real teams.
• Rally Insights recalculates the distributions every month and for every quarter. This means that they will drift over time. However, this drift is so slow that any change in them is minimal compared to changes in a particular team's performance.
