After a new install, and after logging onto CA Output Management Web Viewer 12.1 - the tabs are displayed but don't work. I see the tabs but nothing happens when I click on them. I have checked and no logs are being written to.
Security lockdown
Because of security set up at the client's site, it was necessary to add the web viewer url as a trusted site and this corrected the problem.
From the IE Browser Window, select
If you are NOT using HTTPS, you may need to uncheck 'Enable Protected Mode' and restart the browser.
