What is the difference between Lifecycle Status and Service Status?
Question concerning the usage of the Lifecycle Status and the Service Status fields within the application
They are similar, however 'Lifecycle Status' is controlled by ITAM application.
Service Status is controlled and used by ServiceDesk application, and is Read Only within the ITAM application.
An ITAM the user can make use of the 'Lifecycle Status' to define the asset and ignore 'Service Status'.
