Issue/Introduction

Why does  the Agent_monitor show Inactive and sometimes recover automatically

Environment

Component: WORKLOAD AUTOMATION AGENTS

Resolution

When ESP sends out the agent_monitor request, it expects to get the response from an agent within the number of minutes specified on 
STATINTV parameter (the interval to send out agent_monitor requests). 

If ESP cannot get the response, then it will mark the agent_monitor as Inactive with "xxxx not responding". 

The solution is to increase the STATINTV value on the agent_monitor wob.
