DDTRSLM IMPORT PLAN fails with SQLCODE -20 using a TRANSF dataset created after RO82735

Issue/Introduction

DDTRSLM EXPORT PLAN ( DDTRSLM is the utility to transport SQL Objects ) ran successfully in the source Datacom Multi-User ( MUF ) environment where RO82735 has been installed.

DDTRSLM IMPORT PLAN fails in the target environment with   

 DDTRS0016E DBQPRPS FAILED SQL COMMAND QPRPS, RC: -20.

 SQL ERROR MESSAGE: BAD SYNTAX

RO82735 had an error and was replaced by RO86553 "REDELIVER DDTRSLM FOR RO82735 (14.0)" for Version 14.0. In order to overcome this error, be sure that both source and target MUFs are running with RO86553 (or later) and then rerun both the EXPORT PLAN and IMPORT PLAN jobs.
