How to remove subscriptions with Web Viewer 12.1 when the creator has left.

Issue/Introduction

I am the default system administrator. Another user was also given the rights of system administrator. That user has left the company.

While a system administrator, that user created a subscription containing several reports. All users with the role of system administrator can see those reports under the reports>subscriptions tab. I am trying to delete that subscription and remove those reports. The subscription is not showing up in any of the admin tabs that I can see. What do I need to do to get rid of that subscription?

There is no automatic way to remove the subscriptions. Here is a manual procedure to remove the subscriptions.
