Issue/Introduction
Installation of the Oracle CPU fails with "OPatch failed with error code = 135"

Cause
This is caused by running the installation program from the incorrect directory.
Resolution
You need run the installation from the directory where you the patch is located.
In the example below the UPDATE_DIR is the directory where you unzipped the Oracle CPU
Example:
cd $UPDATE_DIR/<patch#>
../OPatch/opatch apply -oh $NH_ORACLE_HOME -silent -ocmrf $UPDATE_DIR/OPatch/ocm.rsp
