PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                          
EAV Support for FAVER to enable VSAM datasets in EAV Cylinder 
Managed areas to be processed by FAVER GVEXPORT, GVRESTOR and 
GVMOVCPY.

IMPACT:                                                       
FAVER does not support EAV volumes without this PTF.
