Procalive Monitors not working on Windows.

Issue/Introduction

Windows procalive monitors are not working on Windows only.

The sysedge.log shows the following:

"reload_process_table_into_cache: global process object is void, unable to enumerate processes"

Resolution

The above message indicates that Windows Performance Monitor object "PerfProc" is disabled.

This can be enabled using Microsoft exctrlst.exe utility:
