How do I install an iGateway?

Resolution

The BrightStor Portal is typically distributed on CD or through the iTechnology Installer FTP site. The setup program for the iGateway can be found on the CD in the following path:

<CD Drive Letter>:\iTechnology\iGateway

To install the iGateway on a given machine, do this:

1. Insert the CD into the machine.
2. Using Windows Explorer, open the CD.
3. Open the iTechnology directory.
4. Open the iGateway directory.
5. Execute setup.exe by double-clicking on it.
   
   The iGateway setup wizard starts:
   
   
6. Follow the wizard to complete the install.
