Why are existing RC/Secure domains not displayed on the Domain Administration screen

Issue/Introduction

Domains not displayed on the Domain Administration screen within RC/Secure for Db2 for z/OS (RCS).

Resolution

This is commonly caused by not having the necessary Security Request Services. (Security Request Services is unrelated to DB2 authority).
See the following bullet points to determine where authority might be lacking:

• The logon ID has not been designated as RCSADM or RCSADM2 (2 SRS administrators) in hlvl.PARMLIB(secure).
• The designated RCSADM or RCSADM2 ID's did not grant the Domain Administration access via SRS option 9 - User Registration.
• The logon ID has not been granted SRS Domain Administration authority via Product Authorizations.
