Issue/Introduction

Sysview for Db2 for z/OS (IDB2) security violation errors such as DBG55096E and DBG55136I when attempting to run remote EXPLAINS or remote DB2 Commands.

Resolution

Likely the EXPLAIN and DB2-COMMANDS parameter in the SYSPARMS DD of the Data Collector is set to a value of TSO.
Changing it to ALL will allow the EXPLAIN and DB2 Commands to function across LPAR's.
