How to resolve return codes 46(46) after restoring a backup of the Datacom (CXX and other databases) for disaster recovery

Resolution

If the CXX backup was taken while any databases were open, you will have to run RESET on each one. First run a CXX report and any Base Information page that shows 'UPDATE USER COUNT' or 'READ ONLY USER COUNT' with a value greater than zero will need the RESET run before it can be opened.
