Error java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Windows\System32\mswstr10.dll when installing AION 10.2

Issue/Introduction

Installing Aion 10.2 on windows and getting error java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Windows\System32\mswstr10.dll  (the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process) 

 

 

 

 

Environment

Aion 10.2 

 

Resolution

Rebooting the machine will unlock any shared processes and any system dlls. Once the machine is rebooted, try the install again.
