Why are we getting S913 abends and apparent userid switching on retrieve?

Issue/Introduction

The most likely cause of this is that the SVC that Alchemist is using is not current. To correct this, run ZAADYSVC with PARM='SVCNO=xxx,REFRESH=Y,FORCE=Y'.
