Issue/Introduction

If a Warm start of ESP Workload Manager is performed, then yes Event scheduling and Application processing will remain quiesced.

If a Cold start of ESP Workload Manager is performed, then the quiesce is lost and Event scheduling and Application processing will start.

This Frequently Asked Question applies to all supported releases of ESP Workload Manager beginning with 5.4.
