Issue/Introduction

If ESP is quiesced before shutdown, will it come up quiesced?

Resolution

If a Warm start of ESP Workload Manager is performed, then the Event scheduling and Application processing will remain quiesced.
Go to the pagemode, and issue command OPER RESTART.

If a Cold start of ESP Workload Manager is performed, then the quiesce is lost and the Event scheduling and Application processing will start.
