When I try to issue a Dynam T controlled POFFLOAD command such as O BACKUP,LST,A83,,*,TLBL=POFF I get the following error; 0P31A DVC NOT OP SYS004=A83; CCSW=NOT AVAILABLE CCB=A637A8

Issue/Introduction

Description:

Power OFFLOAD under CA DYNAM T control fails.

Solution:

It is possible that the standard label add for the dataset which appears in the 'POFF' TLBL did not occur at the correct time.

The standard label add should take place after CA Dynam T initialization. The sub-libraries for CA CIS and CA DYNAM must be in the LIBDEF search chain when CASAUTIL executes and when the STDLABEL ADD takes place.
