When exporting to Excel, a dialog box with Cannot initialize OCX control is displayed and no excel file is created. How can this be corrected?

ANSWER:

First try to reregister the OCX:

Click Start, Run and enter 'regsvr32 ttf16.ocx'

If this does not correct the problem run the 'Repair' option off of the installation media which should reinstall the OCX correctly.
