Issue/Introduction

HTML 4 output is displaying in a single long column in IE 6.  How to get it to display as it was formatted within designer?

Resolution

This is caused by Internet Explorer 6 Security settings. The following steps should resolve the problem for the majority of users:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Open menu Tools\Internet Options\Security
3. With "Local Intranet" selected; Click on "Custom level".
4. Locate and enable "Active Scripting" under the Scripting header.
5. Under the Internet Options\Advanced tab locate and check "Allow Active Content to run in Files on My Computer" under the Security header.

Close IE and retest your HTML 4 report.
