Issue/Introduction

Such errors are often the result of a queued, but hung report transfer on the View/mainframe side. You need to free the queued reports from the mainframe side. Go to native CA-View and open the View primary selection panel and type PCSTATUS on the CMD line and press enter. You should then be able to see and then delete (D) problem transfers. Once hung (status waiting...) transfers are deleted, you should be able to queue new reports for transmittal and then download to DocView.
