Issue/Introduction

Description:
What is the schedule field on the "Project Properties: Subprojects" used for.

Solution:
The schedule "stoplight" field is used to represent if a project is on schedule. A project is on schedule if the project finish date is not greater than the baseline finish date. The stoplight icon is also affected by the subproject's subprojects.

- Subprojects that have not been baselined and contain no projects that have been baselined will not show with an icon.
- If the subproject or any of its children are only not on schedule, then a red "critical" icon will appear.
- If the subproject or any of its children are only on schedule, then a green "on track" icon will appear.
- If the subproject or any of its children are a combination of on schedule and not on schedule, then a yellow "at risk" icon will appear.
