Solution

SOA Integration Bridge is currently bundled as part of the CA Change Manager Enterprise Workbench (CMEW). Install Modules and Documentation are part of the CMEW Product download images.

Note: CA Change Manager Enterprise Workbench was formerly known as AllFusion Change Manager Enterprise Workbench.
