Issue/Introduction

All,

I am receiving a "Tunnel Agent Failure" message when I try to assign the NeteAuto Administrator user to the Group Manager role. In searching the knowledge base, this appears to be a Siteminder Web Agent error. However, the logs do not tell me anything. How can I best resolve this issue.

FYI, I was reading on page 39, Assigning the Group Manager Role , in the Netegrity IdentityMinder Web Edition Configuration Guide.

Solution:

Had a previous version of the smjavaagentapi.dll file in a different directory superceding the correct version.
