Issue/Introduction

The following error is received upon validation attempt:

BPM-0672: Un-matched Split-Join Pair found

Environment

Release: Any
Component: Clarity Process Management

Resolution

An incorrect Pre-Condition join type is being matched with a Post-Condition Split Join Type.

Use the following pre-condition join types with the post-condition split join type.

Serial Split - does not need a join
Parallel Split (AND) - Requires a Rendezvous Join
Decision Point (XOR) - Requires a Merge Join
Multiple Choice (OR) - Requires a 'First in Line', 'Wait and Merge' or a 'Multi-thread' Join.
