Licensing error 2RW2 error means a new LMP key for Realia Workbench is needed.

Issue/Introduction

If you are getting a 2RW2 error, please call 1-800-CALL-CAI option 3 and obtain a new key for the Realia Workbench product.

Then please do the following:

1. Go to EACH computer where you have installed the CA product.
   
   
2. In the root directory of your system drive, you should see a
   
   \CA_LIC directory. For example, C:\CA_LIC
   
   
3. Go to the CA_LIC directory.
   
   See if there is an existing ca.olf file.
   
   Example of a key:
   
   FEATURE CA_LICENSE CAI_lic_d 1.000 28-DEC-2005 0 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
   "ANY 2RW2" ANY xxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx name of your company
   
   If there is an existing CA.OLF file, please use a text editor and copy/append the license contents of this new OLF file into the existing ca.olf file.
   
   If there is NO existing ca.olf file, please create one under CA_LIC directory.
