Issue/Introduction

The 'View by KEYS' feature option in the DETECTOR "Planname Summary Report" panel got a DT666I message. 

DT666I Display unavailable, no key(s) collected

Environment

Resolution

To activate reporting by Keys:

  1. Go into the "DETECTOR Collection Profiles Display". Select the Profile you wish to update.

  2. For "View Group Type" select K for Keys you should now be in the "View Collection Profile Additional Keys" screen.

  3. Put a "Y" in the "Update Additional Keys" field.

  4. Put "Y" against the fields you want to collect.

  5. When the collection is started put Y in the "Additional View By Keys" column.
