Return codes for ESPLMI

Issue/Introduction

Description:

What does it mean when ESPLMI gets return code greater than 0? Will the command in ESPLMI still be issued?

Solution:

• Return code is 4 if ESPLMI fails on "Connection refused" error;
• Return code will be 0 in other cases, includes: the command in ESPLMI fails with error and the login fails.

When ESPLMI gets RC > 0, the command in ESPLMI won't be issued.
